Prayers

Dear and blessed Lady of Lourdes, you bathe all in your radiant light, and soothe the suffering with healing waters of the spring you revealed to St. Bernadette. Though I am far from your sacred grotto, look with compassion upon me.

I ask you humbly not only for healing, Mother Immaculate, but to wash away my doubts and misgivings, to solidify my faith, to open my heart to your healing love, and the love of your Son, thus to see that this suffering, which now seems overwhelming, may soon be healed.

Oh ever immaculate Virgin, Mother of Mercy, Health of the Sick, Refuge of Sinners, Comfortress of the Afflicted, you know my wants, my troubles, my sufferings. Look upon me with mercy. When you appeared in the grotto of Lourdes you made it a privileged sanctuary where you dispense your favors, and where many sufferers have obtained the cure of their infirmities, both spiritual and corporal. I come, therefore, with unbounded confidence to implore your maternal intercession. My loving Mother, obtain my request for JJ to be healed. I will try to imitate your virtues so that I may one day share your company and bless you in eternity.

O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and charity for His creatures made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers.....

O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, intercede for me and bring my petitions to the throne of God.

Father, we are so excited about what you are doing in JJ's life. Your word tells us that Jesus healed all of their diseases and so we are looking to that soon and coming day when the report of the doctors will be in agreement with the report of the Lord, healed, full, whole and complete with no side affects from any medication, treatment or procedure in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual areas of JJ. We thank you for the peace we do not understand, the faith that comes by hearing what you have to say, and the joy in knowing that the enemy is defeated. It is with thanksgiving that we acknowledge your awesome power, your everlasting love, your complete concern over every minute of our lives. We know that you have not caused this tumor to grow in JJ. We also know that you will take what the enemy meant for evil and turn it to good.

Father, we see your hand in the circumstances; moving the Lipski family to Alabama last year so that they are near family; for the friends that the family has made in this year in the Madison-Huntsville area, for the nearness of Children's Hospital at the University of Alabama, Birmingham; for the team of medical specialists that you have put in place to insure the best treatment for JJ; for the outpouring of love and support for the family.

And Father, we thank you for your son, Jesus Christ, who already paid the price on the cross for JJ's healing. That alone is a miracle. Oh, God, how great you are.

You have promised that you know the plans you have for us, they are good and not for evil, for a future and an expected end, that when we call upon you, and when we pray, you will hearken unto us.

Thank you for that certainty that you have heard our prayers and you have healed all of our diseases. In Jesus name.

Right now we accept your son's healing. By the stripes of Jesus your son has been made whole. right now we kneel before the throne of grace and pray for John Joseph. Father God in heaven you know all about this child and his family's desires for the well being and healing of this child. God let John Joseph be in peace; let his body be in no pain and relieve his family's hurt and pain right now. God we give thanks for John Joseph, his friends and his family, right now God no weapon formed against John shall prosper, it won't work. God you died on the cross for us and right now remove all the stain and guilt from every life that this prayer touches. Father God we lift John Joseph up to you right now, in the Mighty name of Jesus it is done, right now Lord anoint John and his family from the soles of they're feet to the crown of they're heads. Hallelujah, thank you Lord it is done in your name. We receive it, we believe it. We know that you are a healing God, the great I am, the Master , Maker and Creator of all things, oh thank you Lord, thank you Jesus, glory to your name. God we love you and praise your name forever and ever, we give thanks for what you are doing right now and what you are about to do. Healing is yours, we believe there will be no more cancer, no more tumors!!!! Hallelujah Thanks be to God in the highest!!! Amen!!!

A Prayer for the Sick

Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the Sick, We turn to you in this time of illness. O dearest Comforter of the troubled, alleviate our worry and sorrow with your Gentle love, and grant us the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in Your hands. We place our sick under Your care and humbly ask that You restore Your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge Your holy will and know that whatsoever You do, You do for the love of us.

Dear Lord, as I pray for this child with this disease, I pray Lord you place your hands upon him and heal him of this devastating tumor, Lord I pray for JJ's Mother and Father, Lord just Bless them beyond measures, I pray that you strengthen them and help them overcome this. Lord, I believe you are the great healer. Lord all you ask of, for our faith to be the size of a mustard gain seed. You place us in trials and tribulations to help us grow stronger towards you and to test how great our faith truly is . I pray Lord that this child be healed by your healing hands, and may others see your light through him. Forgive us of our Sins, help guide our life in the direction of your will Lord. I pray Lord, before you bless me, send my blessing to JJ, for he needs them to keep him strong for the journey he is about to begin with his chemo treatments. I place this Child's disease in you hands, your father's hands and the Holy Spirit. I pray Lord that you rebuke Satan from trying to bring these strong believers down. Place your Holy Angels around JJ and his family Lord .

Heavenly Father, Abba, Daddy,

Thank you, two words that do not adequately convey the gratitude in our hearts for the answered prayer for JJ's healing. If we said it in all the languages on the earth it still would not be enough. However, you know our hearts and they are overwhelmed with thanksgiving.

We asked that JJ not have any side affects from treatment, medication and procedures in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual areas, that his healing be full, whole and complete. You are a God who gives abundantly above all we ask or think and you have done for JJ all that we have asked and then some.

Father, we know you have great and mighty plans for JJ, to spread the good news of Jesus to the nations. Through the internet you are even now doing that. We thank you that angels are camped round about JJ, his family and all who have been praying for them, that no harm befall them. We thank you for the faithful interceders and ask that you bless them abundantly in all ares of their lives.

You truly are Jehovah. Glory and honor, praise and power be unto you and your son, Christ the Savior, the Redeemer, the Lord.

This week we celebrate the power of love coming into our hearts from the meekest of infants, born to us and placed in a manger. We adore you O Lord with all the gifts we have to give, and we celebrate the light you bring to the areas of darkness in our midst. May this week continue your miracle of healing and new birth in our world. May this week bring joy to our friend JJ and his family. May this week be a sign to all, that through your healing touch of JJ and all the children of the world who join him in their battle as “JEHOVAH-NISSI” (battle fighters)… You Lord are King, Emmanuel… God with us! Prayer to Saint Anthony

Wonderful Saint Anthony, glorious for the fame of your miracles, you had the happiness of receiving in your arms our blessed Lord as a little child. Since you were so gracious to the poor sinners, do not regard the lack of merit on my part, but consider the glory of God which will be exalted once more through you, by the salvation of my soul and the granting of the petition that I now earnestly present to you: That John Joseph be rid of this terrible tumor and that he not experience any side effects from the treatment, medication and procedures. In the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual areas, that his healing be whole and complete. As a pledge of my gratitude I promise to live more faithfully according to the teaching of the gospel and to be devoted to the service of the poor whom you always loved and still love so much. Bless my resolution and obtain for me the grace to be faithful to it until death.

Lord,

This afternoon I pause and intercede on behalf of JJ and his mom. I ask you Lord to grant healing to this little soldier. Specifically fix his blood and allow your healing to increase that he may become well. Lord thank you for all you have done to this point, but please continue what you have started. Please give a God sized amount of LOVE, MERCY and Patience to his mom. Thank you for her faithfulness to request prayer, knowing that the power is in the prayer. Lord thank you for hearing and answering our prayers.
